I’m trying to break the mold of Olympian hairdressing, and create new kind of salon experience. Specializing in cutting hair, allows me to pay close attention to every detail. That’s why my haircuts take a whole hour to complete. Just cutting hair and not coloring allows me to take cutting to the next level of concentration. It’s not just a cut you are walking around with it’s a little piece of art on your head. I believe it takes me 3 times to really understand client’s hair. That may be the 3rd time seeing me, or third time after me cutting a whole completely new look into your hair. I take many things into consideration, analyzing what I like and don’t like about the last shape I created . I love consultations; there are so many possibilities to play with! Years of the hustle bustle, noise and energy, has led me to create a unique atmosphere you may not be used to. The complimentary and calming amenities like, two scalp massages, paraffin dip for the hands, and tea, allows the service to be just about you. Having two stations allows for a quieter and intimate experience. I really want this time to be just about you. When I’m finished with the haircut, I’m excited and can’t wait to show off what I just did; all that we had talked about in the consultation. I really do feel like a hair artist. Well I guess I more of a artisan, a true artist has the complete freedom to create without consideration of the buyers interests. It’s an art in itself, to find the balance of my creativity at your comfort level. I attend to always remain humble, never taking the title master stylist. This allows me to stay open and grow throughout my career. Always open, always in awe of every artists work. Everyone has a unique gift from God to share. I’m defiantly not everyone’s flavor, but my loyal customers that are the right fit, give me hope that there’s more people out there like them trying to find me. I’m an artist of new possibility and would love to use you as my canvas, while you indulge in the peaceful moment you deserve.
